At New Look Creative Herbal, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened oral care products
• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be sent via the original payment method or bank transfer/COD adjustment where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
